Live embroidery bar in Las Vegas
Vegas is a monthly route for us, not an away game. Trade shows, sales kickoffs, and Strip-property corporate events all book the bar here — with logistics designed for how this town actually operates.
Built for the show floor
Las Vegas means convention centers with union load-in rules, advance-warehouse deadlines, and show power that gets pricey the week of. We run that playbook constantly: garments ship to advance warehousing, power orders go in with the early-bird window, and our crew badges per each hall’s requirements. Your booth captain gets a station that’s live before the floor opens.
Beyond the booth
Sales kickoffs and incentive events at Strip properties love the bar for the same reason attendees do: it turns a hotel ballroom evening into something with a line and a story. Name-drop caps and monogrammed totes work as room drops’ livelier cousin — the gift gets made in front of the recipient instead of appearing on a pillow.
The travel math, upfront
Vegas events carry our flat $900 travel fee plus lodging where the schedule requires it — both itemized in the quote, never discovered after. Multi-day shows amortize that fee across thousands of attendee interactions, which is why exhibitors rarely blink at it.
Book earlier than feels necessary
Show season stacks our Vegas calendar in clusters — two or three majors can claim the same month. If your booth is confirmed, lock the bar when you book your space, not when the show kit arrives. The trade show page covers the two-lane build we’ll likely propose.
