Machines are the easy part — they case up and ride in the van or ship ahead. What we plan carefully is everything around them: garment stock routed to arrive before we do, spare thread cones and needles packed in duplicate, and a load-in schedule with margin for the drive. For Southwest markets within a day’s reach, the flat $900 travel fee covers it. Farther afield, we quote freight and lodging as visible line items so the total is knowable before you commit.
One planning note for any market: the earlier a date locks, the more shipping happens at ground rates instead of overnight panic rates. Travel events reward the six-week timeline more than local ones do.
Somewhere else entirely? We take nationwide dates regularly — recent machines have flown further than most of our crew. Ask with your city and we’ll quote travel transparently.
